- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup granola
Instructions
- Add the sliced strawberries and sugar to a medium bowl. Stir to combine, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to macerate.
- Divide half of the macerated strawberries into two clear glasses.
- Top with half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle granola on top of the blueberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries, yogurt, and blueberries.
- Top with a final layer of granola and serve immediately for the best texture. If preparing in advance, store granola separately until ready to serve.
