Description

Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a quick and delicious meal that combines crispy grilled chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, and a creamy Caesar dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce, halved grape tomatoes, and sliced chicken with the Caesar dressing. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Lay out your tortillas and divide the salad mixture evenly among them. Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  6. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap them in foil for a portable meal.

Notes

  • To prevent soggy wraps, add the dressing gradually and mix just enough to coat the ingredients.
  • If you’re looking for extra flavor, try adding croutons for crunch or extra Parmesan for richness.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For the best texture, it’s recommended to add the dressing right before serving.
