Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
- Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add a pinch of sea salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice to the avocado and mix.
- Chop the pistachios into small pieces or pulse briefly in a food processor.
- Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread, covering edge to edge.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the avocado.
- Drizzle honey lightly over the top.
- Add optional toppings like red pepper flakes or herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
