- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 24 bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries and blueberries. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- Take a bamboo skewer and thread a strawberry, followed by a marshmallow and then a blueberry. Repeat until the skewer is full.
- Continue until all ingredients are used up, making about 24 skewers.
- Cover the skewers and refrigerate until ready to serve. These kabobs are best enjoyed within 24 hours.
Notes
- If you plan to keep the kabobs out for a while, place the platter on ice to keep the fruit cool.
- To make the kabobs more dessert-like, replace the marshmallows with Angel Food Cake pieces.
